In the heart of charming Agardhsgatan in Båstad stands a newly built single-storey house, where modern Nordic design meets a subtle Mediterranean flair. The house, meticulously crafted to blend into its surroundings, offers a sanctuary for those seeking sleek elegance and natural harmony.

Spanning 180 square metres, the house provides a calm and private atmosphere, just steps away from Båstad's harbour and the iconic tennis courts. The courtyard welcomes you with a heated pool and a Mediterranean-inspired yard, surrounded by carefully selected materials that create an environment focused on both relaxation and social interaction.

Inside, the house, designed by Da Silva Interiors, is a tribute to timeless elegance. The kitchen, by Nordiska Kök, is crafted in walnut and equipped with high-quality Gaggenau appliances. Hardened oak floors stretch throughout the home, tying together the open spaces, while large Velfac windows invite natural light and frame views of Laholms Bay. The house is infused with exclusive details, from sleek bronze Faustlight spotlights to Atelier Luxus sockets and dimmers, creating a cohesive and harmonious atmosphere.

The Njord interior doors are smooth, featuring concealed frames (K03), providing a seamless and sophisticated expression. The handles, from British supplier Hard & Ware, add an elegant touch to the minimalist style. To complement the concealed frames, the sliding doors are installed without mouldings and with a built-in track, further enhancing the clean and minimalist aesthetic. Inside the bathrooms, the doors are finished in microcement to blend with the walls.

This newly built single-storey house is a fusion of modern Nordic design and Mediterranean influences, where every aspect is executed with meticulous attention to detail and quality. With its open, bright spaces and high-quality materials, it offers not just a home but a complete lifestyle. The house combines functionality with timeless elegance, creating a haven for rest and togetherness by the coast of Laholms Bay.
